Recommendation
A. Conduct second reading (by title only, waiving further reading) and adopt Ordinance No. 19- , entitled “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Repealing Ordinance No. 18-03, Repealing Definitions and Regulations from the Inland and Coastal Zoning Ordinances, and Establishing Regulations for Various Cannabis Uses Within the City” (Attachment 1).
B. Adopt Resolution No. 19-_, entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta Establishing Rules for the Management of the Retail Cannabis Priority List” (Attachment 2).
