Recommendation
Conduct the second reading (by title only), and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 19-__ entitled "An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Amending Section 2.01.010 of the Goleta Municipal Code Changing the Time of Regular Meetings from 1:30 and 6:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M for Closed Session and 5:30 P.M. for Open Session.
