Recommendation
A. Introduce and conduct the first reading (by title only and waive further reading) of City Council Ordinance No. 19-__ entitled “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Goleta Adding Chapter 3.09 to Title 3 (Revenue and Finance) of the City of Goleta Municipal Code Establishing a Disposition of Surplus Property,” and
B. Authorize the City Manager to regularly donate outdated and/or inoperable computer workstations and equipment to the Santa Barbara County Education Office for the Computers for Families Program.
