Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 2019-015 with Tanko Streetlighting, Inc. for professional design and auditing services and installation of LED lights for the LED Street Lighting Project, increasing the contract authority by $120,747, for a total contract not-to-exceed amount of $236,561, and expanding the scope to include interim maintenance services, with an expiration date of December 31, 2023.
