Recommendation
A. Conduct a public hearing to hear all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation of street rights-of-way on Los Carneros Road and Calle Real;
B. Adopt Resolution No. 20-___, entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Ordering the Vacation of an Excess Portion of Los Carneros Road Right-Of-Way Adjacent to the Property Located at 6491 Calle Real, APN 077-160-040, and Providing for the Recordation of this Resolution”;
C. Adopt Resolution No. 20-___, entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Ordering the Vacation of Certain Excess Portions of Los Carneros Road and Calle Real Rights-Of-Way Adjacent to the Property Located at 302 Los Carneros Road, APN 077-160-064, and Providing for the Recordation of this Resolution”; and
D. Authorize the City Manager to execute all right-of-way documents necessary to complete the property exchange with the current owners of the properties located at 6491 Calle Real and 302 Los Carneros Road, in accordance with the property exchange agreements approved by City Council on July 15, 2014.
