Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement No. 2018-002 between the City of Goleta and Willdan Financial Services for the Comprehensive User Fee Study and Full Cost Allocation Plan, retroactive to December 31, 2019 to extend the term of the agreement to December 31, 2020.
