Recommendation
A. Receive the 2019 annual report from the South Coast Task Force on Youth Safety.
B. Authorize the City Manager to execute the South Coast Task Force on Youth Safety Memorandum of Understanding between the Community Action Commission and the City of Goleta as a sponsor jurisdiction for Fiscal Year 2019-20, in the amount of $22,854, pursuant to the approved Fiscal Year 2019-20 Budget.
