Recommendation
Award and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Design Services Agreement with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. for the Crosswalk at Calle Real / Fairview Center - Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon Project for a total not-to-exceed amount of $60,000 with a termination date of December 31, 2021.
