Recommendation

A.                     Approve revised plans and specifications for the San Jose Creek Emergency Channel Repair Project; and

 

B.                     Authorize additional appropriation of $460,750 from the General Fund to the San Jose Creek Emergency Channel Repair Project account; and

 

C.                     Authorize the City Manager to execute a construction contract with James C. Cushman Inc., for the San Jose Creek Emergency Channel Repair Project in the not-to-exceed amount of $304,600, subject to the requirements of the contract documents; and

 

D.                     Authorize the City Manager to approve contract change orders for the San Jose Creek Emergency Channel Repair Project, if necessary, in an amount not-to-exceed $76,150.
