Recommendation
A. Authorize the City Manager to execute a grant agreement with the Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District in substantial conformance with Attachment 1 for receipt and allocation of grant funds in a not-to-exceed amount of $61,333 to purchase electrical vehicle charging equipment for City Hall;
B. Approve a budget appropriation and grant revenue adjustment of $61,333 related to the grant agreement with the Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District into the appropriate fund as determined by the Finance Department, as identified in the fiscal impact section of the report; and
C. Authorize use of $21,000 from the Cal OES PSPS Grant Account (323-60-6100-51200) as matching funds to purchase the EV charging equipment for City Hall.
