Recommendation
A. Review and Adopt the Final Goleta Homelessness Strategic Plan, including, but not limited to, overall goals and objectives; and
B. Allocate $115,000 in account number 101-60-6100-54012 for Homelessness Initiatives in the City’s FY 2021/2022 budget as a placeholder to respond to the needs of the homeless.
