Recommendation
If the City Council determines that the findings can be made to enter into the Development Agreement, then introduce and conduct the first reading (by title only) and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 21- ___, (Attachment 1) entitled “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Approving a Development Agreement to Extend the Date of Application of the Former Zoning Ordinance to the SyWest/Goleta Gardens LLC Project Located at 907 S. Kellogg Avenue, Case No. 20-0004-ORD.”
Alternatively, if the City Council determines that the findings cannot be made to enter into the Development Agreement, then adopt Resolution No. 21-____ (Attachment 3), entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Denying the Development Agreement to Extend the Date of the Application of the Former Zoning Ordinance to the SyWest/Goleta Gardens LLC Project Located at 907 S. Kellogg Avenue, Case No. 20-0004-ORD.”
