Recommendation

A.                     Receive and file the final FY 2021/22 Engineer’s Report for Street Lighting Benefit Assessment;

 

B.                     Adopt “Resolution No. 21-_ of the City of Goleta, California Establishing an Assessment Charge for the City of Goleta Street Lighting Benefit Assessment for Fiscal Year 2021/22”; and

 

C.                     Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the County Auditor-Controller to Place Direct Charges on the 2021/22 Secured Tax Bills.
