Recommendation
A. Receive a 2020 annual report presentation on the South Coast Task Force on Youth Safety; and
B. Authorize the City Manager to execute the South Coast Task Force on Youth Safety Memorandum of Understanding between the Community Action Commission and the City of Goleta as a sponsor jurisdiction for Fiscal Year 2020/21 in the amount of $21,963, and Fiscal Year 2021/22 in the amount of $21,963 subject to the approval of the Fiscal Year 2021/22 and Fiscal Year 2022-23 Budget.
