Recommendation
A. Conduct the second reading (by title only) and waive further reading and adopt Ordinance No. 21-_, entitled, “An Ordinance of the City of Goleta, California, Amending Title 17 of the Goleta Municipal Code to Excise Provisions Pertaining to Temporary Events”; and
B. Conduct the second reading (by title only) and waive further reading and adopt, Ordinance No. 21-_, entitled, “An Ordinance of the City of Goleta, California Adding Chapter 9.01 to Title 9 of the Goleta Municipal Code Regulating Temporary Events on Private Property and Amending Chapter 12.07 of Title 12 of the Goleta Municipal Code Regulating Parades, Assemblies, and Special Event Permits on Public Property.”
