Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 5 to Professional Services Agreement No. 2008-028 between Blackboard and the City of Goleta extending the term of the agreement for an additional two years, through June 30, 2023, and increasing the contract amount by $49,200, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $353,450, subject to the approval of the Fiscal Year 2021-22 and Fiscal Year 2022-23 Budget.
