Recommendation
Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to Professional Services Agreement No. 2017-041 with Helyne Meshar & Associates retroactive to July 1, 2021, with a term expiring October 31, 2021, and increase the contract amount by $8,000 for a new total not-to-exceed contract amount of $96,800.
