Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to enter into Amendment No. 2 to Professional Design Services Agreement No. 2019-071 with COM3 Consultants, Inc. for project management assistance on the Goleta Train Depot, increasing the contract amount by $52,200, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $124,000, and extending the term of agreement to June 30, 2023 (Attachment 1).
