Recommendation
A. Adopt Resolution No. 22-__ entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Amending the City of Goleta’s Operating and CIP Budget for Fiscal Year 2021/22, and Amending the City’s Schedule of Authorized Positions for Fiscal Year 2021/22.”
B. Adopt Resolution No.22-_entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, establishing a Hiring Incentive Policy.”
C. Authorize the City Manager to apply the Hiring Incentive Policy to the following classifications for a period not to exceed one year: Assistant Public Works Director, Principal Civil Engineer, Senior Engineer, Associate Engineer.
