Recommendation
Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding titled the “Santa Barbara County ReSource Center SB 1383 Procurement Benefits Sharing Plan for the Anerobic Digestion Facility” between the County of Santa Barbara and the cities of Buellton, Goleta, Santa Barbara, and Solvang.
