Recommendation
A. Receive an update on the Ekwill Street and Fowler Road Extensions Project and the Hollister Avenue Bridge Project; and
B. Authorize the City Manager to execute Guaranteed Letters of Payment for the construction and monitoring phases of the San Jose Creek Channel Fish Weir Modification Project, as a condition of the California Department of Fish and Wildlife permit required for the Hollister Avenue Bridge Project.
