Recommendation
A. Approve Plans and Specifications for CIP Project 9111 Splash Pad and Improvements at Jonny D. Wallis Neighborhood Park; and
B. Authorize Staff to Advertise a Notice Inviting Bids for CIP Project 9111 Splash Pad and Improvements at Jonny D. Wallis Neighborhood Park; and
C. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract in an amount not-to-exceed $250,000 to purchase a prefabricated equipment building that shall include standard industry terms.
