Recommendation

Introduce and conduct the first reading by title only, waiving further reading of Ordinance No. 23-__ entitled, “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Adding Chapter 8.19 (Prohibition of Fuel Gas Plumbing Infrastructure in Newly Constructed Buildings) to Title 8 (Health and Safety) of the Goleta Municipal Code and determine the project to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.”
