Recommendation
A. Ratify the General Services Agreement with Mark Crane Tree and Arborist Services executed by the City Manager, for the Citywide Tree Removal Projects for a total not-to-exceed amount of $200,000;
B. Authorize the City Manager to execute retroactive Amendment 2 to General Services Agreement No. 2023-032 with Mark Crane Tree and Arborist Services, increasing the total not-to-exceed amount by $110,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $410,000, and extending the termination date through December 31, 2024;
C. Ratify the General Services Agreement with Tierra Verde executed by the City Manager, for the Citywide Tree Removal Projects for a total not-to-exceed amount of $50,000;
D. Ratify the Professional Services Agreement with Unico Engineering, Inc. executed by the City Manager, for the 2024 Emergency Storm Repair Projects for a total not-to-exceed amount of $1,000,000;
E. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment 1 to Professional Design Services Agreement number 2023-068 with RRM Design Group, increasing the total not-to-exceed amount by $17,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $53,000, and expanding the scope;
F. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment 3 to Professional Design Services Agreement number 2023-073 with Rincon Consultants, Inc., increasing the total not-to-exceed amount by $117,504 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $429,467, and expanding the scope;
G. Ratify the Professional Services Agreement with Rincon Consultants, Inc. executed by the City Manager, for the 2024 Emergency Storm Repair Projects for a total not-to-exceed amount of $250,000;
H. Ratify the Professional Services Agreement with Filippin Engineering, Inc. executed by the City Manager, for the 2024 Emergency Storm Repair Projects for a total not-to-exceed amount of $100,000; and
I. Authorize budget appropriations in the amount of $2,916,591.96 from various funds as identified in Table 2 of the Fiscal Impact section of the staff report.
