Recommendation
A. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with CU Technology, dba Acorn Technology Services, for the provision of information technology support services, in an amount not-to-exceed the base amount of $1,035,906, for an initial term through June 30, 2027, with two, one-year options to extend at the discretion of the City; and
B. Authorize the City Manager to approve change orders, if necessary, in an amount not to exceed $100,000 for special projects and enhancements beyond the base services.
