Recommendation
Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Goleta and Synergy Computing, Inc. for the provision of information technology support services with compensation in an amount not-to-exceed $419,712 plus reimbursement for pass through costs including equipment, software and licenses procured by Consultant and hosted email exchange services and email archiving through June 30, 2023, subject to early termination.
