Recommendation
A. Accept the Community Development Block Grant 2020-2021 CAPER and authorize staff to submit the CAPER to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; and
B. Approve an amendment to the 2019 Action Plan to reallocate $190,000 in CDBG-CV funding from an emergency rental assistance program to services for the homeless, and to reallocate $12,500 in CDBG-CV funding from CommUnify’s Senior Nutrition Program (now defunct) to the Organic Soup Kitchen for its weekly meal delivery program for seniors.
